The IPD South Africa Retail databank provides analysis of shopping centre performance on a quarterly basis. The system enables benchmarking at centre level by detailed merchandise category against market norms for all key performance measures. IPD and the South African Council of Shopping Centres (SACSC) have together developed this initiative to supply the industry with reliable retail property analysis, benchmarks and market indicators.
