IPD in Korea

IPD has been working in Korea since 2005. Following a feasibility study, we reached agreement with investors for an on-going service in 2006, and the first Korean property index was published as a consultative release in April 2007. The number of participants has continued to grow and the database has become more robust. The latest IPD Korean Property Index, covering property valued at over five trillion won was launched at a major public event at the Seoul Grand Hyatt on 1st April 2008, attended by many leading figures from Korea's property community.
