IPD commenced its service in New Zealand in March 2006, operating out of our office in Australia. We have entered into an agreement with the Property Council of New Zealand where we have assumed responsibility for the generation of indices for the New Zealand market. The team at our office offers all the core IPD services, including our Portfolio Analysis Service, the Occupiers Service, specialist benchmarking and bespoke research and publications.

The total value of the PCA/IPD New Zealand Property Index is A$9.2 billion (as at December 2008) covering 345 investments. The index dates back to 1993 and is the most comprehensive database on investment grade real estate in the country.
