IPD has established indices and benchmarking services in Asia Pacific - Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
Our work in the rest of Asia Pacific is the latest step in establishing a global network of property performance measurement and anlysis services. In a two-pronged strategy, we are working to establish groups of real estate investors in individual markets, such as Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as working with international investors on a Pan Asia basis. Ultimately, it is our intention to offer the full range of IPD services, with national benchmarks and published indices, in every country in the region.

IPD services on a Pan Asia basis
For real estate investors with an interest in more than one country, or with assets in countries where IPD does not yet operate a databank, we have established a Pan Asia service. This adopts a club-like model, with a private distribution of outputs to the subscribing investors, and offers packages of information and services to those that join it. Assets owned in countries like China, India, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam will all be recorded in the Pan Asia databank. As the databank grows, we will break out individual national services as critical mass is achieved in each market.
