IPD has been working in Belgium since 2005. Our first index (consultative release) was published in 2006. Run from our office in Paris, we provide the core IPD Portfolio Analysis Service. Other IPD services will be available soon.

The total value of the properties covered by the IPD Belgian databank in 2008 was €6.4 billion, representing about 20% of the value of the holdings of the financial institutions and quoted property companies. We analyse 29 portfolios from 25 international and local investors with mostly Office properties (66%), but also Retail (22%) and Logistics (4%).
