IPD established a service in Denmark in 2000 in conjunction with Ejendomsforeningen Danmark (Danish Property Federation). The service is co-ordinated from our Nordic subsidiary office, which is based in Stockholm. It measures direct property returns from 2000 and produce indices and benchmarking reports on an annual basis. IPD Norden also provides detailed market information for the Danish investment property market by way of the Property Digest.

The IPD Denmark Annual Property Index is based on a sample of 1000 properties covering 99bn DKK at the end of December 2009.
