IPD was established in France in 1998 as the first financial database on direct property investments in France. Our team in Paris is also in charge of the development of similar databanks for Belgium and Southern Europe e.g. Spain and Portugal. Our service offering in France includes all core IPD services like the Portfolios Analysis Service, Research, Loan analysis service for banks, Occupier services, Market Information and Events.

At the end of 2006, the IPD French Index was based upon 7,518 properties worth €99.6 billion, representing 59% of the French property investment market. IPD in France has produced the results on an annual basis between1998-2006, with BD2i producing the series back to 1986.
