IPD’s US business was established in 2003, as a portfolio analysis and benchmarking service for commercial real estate investors.  In the 6 years that followed our service has grown to offer a wider range of products and services including; additional benchmark choices with increased market representation, multinational reporting, global data products and research, an infrastructure service, lease level analysis, and the launch of an IPD US Real Estate Index.
